the location is really convenient. the airport bus stop is right outside, very easy! the check-in staff were great to my needs. they made the whole process quick and efficient.

The air conditioning was a problem. It seemed to be a central system. the room was warm at times, and i couldn't adjust it. the internet speed was also slow at times. some sites were not very responsive.

the hotel has a good location and it is convenient for transportation.

The room was not heated well, and the air conditioner was very noisy. My daughter got a cold, a really disappointing aspect. the room was also dusty. i asked for it to be cleaned again, but it wasn't properly done.

the location is awesome i found. it's easy to get to shopping areas. the airport bus stops just outside the hotel too. the room was sufficient in size for me. housekeeping kept it very clean. the shower worked very well with strong water pressure. the breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices. i found staff at the reception to be helpful. they provided quick assistance with my questions.

the television had limited channels i noticed.
